Aditi Rao Hydari and Siddharth got engaged at the Sri Ranganayakaswamy temple in Telangana on Wednesday, March 27.

Aditi Rao Hydari and Siddharth were reported to have got married at the Sri Ranganayakaswamy temple in Telangana on Wednesday, March 27. Although the rumoured couple have been spotted on numerous occasions together, they have refrained from speaking about their relationship status in public. Their marriage was somewhat confirmed after Aditi Rao Hydari skipped the release date announcement of her upcoming Netflix series Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar, directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali.

Sachin V Kumbhar, who was hosting the event in Mumbai disclosed that Aditi’s absence was due to her “wedding” happening on the same day.

But looks like, they are engaged. And now, Aditi has dropped engagement photo with Siddharth. In the photo, they hold each other close and Aditi flaunts a diamond ring. Siddharth sports a gold band on his ring finger with magenta detailing. Captioning the photo, Aditi wrote, “He said yes! ❤️ E. N. G. A. G. E. D.”

Although Aditi or Siddharth have still not spilled the beans or whether they eventually go married, the confirmation that they are engaged has left fans excited. Siddharth, too, shared the same photo on his social media handle.

Aditi Rao Hydari first met Telugu actor Siddharth on the sets of the 2021 film Maha Samudram. Although the action-romance, directed by Ajay Bhupathi failed to generate a favourable response from the masses, the film paved the way for Aditi and Siddharth’s romance. Reportedly, they fell in love on the sets during the shoot. They might not have been vocal about their equation, but they have surely treated fans with several social media escapades. But the duo’s impressive dance performance on the 2021 hit song Tum Tum from the film Enemy broke the internet in 2023, fuelling the dating rumours. On Aditi’s 37th birthday in October of the same year, Siddharth penned a lovely poem dedicated to his speculated ladylove. He even addressed her as his “partner” for the first time.
