New Delhi: According to the NASSCOM Corbus (India) Private Limited as the Most Exciting Emerging IT Company in India to work for.
The NASSCOM carried out a survey, in which it studied small and medium sized IT-BPO companies as workplaces.
After the survey the NASSCOM identified ‘Top 15 Exciting Emerging Companies to Work for’ in the IT-BPO sector in India.
The survey is the first of its kind carried out by NASSCOM and also the first of its kind across any industry by far.
The survey was conducted in partnership with strategic HR consultancy firm Grow Talent.
The objective of the survey was to identify the best small and medium-sized IT-BPO companies to work for within the Rs 250 crore and below annual turnover category.
Analysis of the top 15 companies reveals certain distinguishing factors that makes them an exciting emerging company, which include training and development, career management, constant and effective communication, documentation and climate surveys.
The survey was based on a four-part tailor-maded survey that include online employee perception survey, HR diagnostic study and an industry panel run-through.
"The Indian IT industry has set an exceptionally high standard with regard to workplace and employee practices. With the continued growth and rapid evolution of the industry, as well as the changing aspirations of its young workforce, IT companies - small or large - will have to constantly look at innovation to excel as employers," a news agency quoted NASSCOM President Kiran Karnik as saying.
The top-15 companies listed by the survey are Corbus (India) Private Limited; RMSI Private Limited; Hytech Professionals India Pvt Ltd; Nagarro Software Pvt. Ltd; VCustomer Services India Pvt Ltd; e4e; Synygy India Pvt Ltd; Ajuba Solutions (India) Pvt. Ltd; Mindlogicx Infotech Limited; Nucleus Software Exports Ltd; Infogain India (P) Ltd; ValueLabs (India); Barry-Wehmiller International Resources Pvt Ltd; GlobalLogic India Pvt Ltd and AgreeYa Solutions (India) Pvt Ltd.
NAASCOM said the Exciting Emerging Companies’ (EEC) survey threw light on several best practices which at times may seem ‘not that necessary’ for a small sized company but are vital for the future growth of the company.
