The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) recently published the IBPS Specialist Officers (IBPS SO 2024) Scorecard on March 15 for the candidates selected for the interview phase. Individuals who have successfully advanced to the interview round can access their scorecards via the official website ibps.in until March 31. The date for the IBPS SO interview is pending announcement.
To access the scorecard, they need to enter their registration number or roll number along with their password or date of birth. The IBPS SO Preliminary Exam for 1402 Specialist Officers took place from December 30 to December 31, 2023. Following this, the mains exam occurred on January 28.
The results of the Mains exam were announced on February 13. According to reports, the scorecards for candidates not selected for the interview were made available on February 17, while those selected received their scorecards on March 15.
IBPS SO Mains Scorecard 2024: How to Download
To download the IBPS SO Score Card 2024, follow these steps:
Step 1: Visit the official website of IBPS – ibps.in.
Step 2: Navigate to the CRP Specialist Officers section.
Step 3: Locate and click on the link titled, “Scores of Candidates Shortlisted for Interview for CRP-SPL-XIII.”
Step 4: You will be directed to a new page.
Step 5: Enter your registration number/roll number and password/date of birth as required.
Step 6: After entering the necessary details, click on submit.
Step 7: Your IBPS SO Mains Scorecard 2024 will be displayed on the screen.
Step 8: Download the scorecard and ensure to take a printout for future reference.
The selection process for Specialist Officers (SO) through IBPS SO 2024 consists of three stages: Online prelims exam, online mains exam, and interview exam. In the IBPS SO 2024 Preliminary Exam, there were 150 questions carrying a total of 125 marks. These questions were divided into three sections: English Language, Reasoning, and Quantitative Aptitude.
The IBPS SO Mains Exam comprised two sections dedicated to Professional Knowledge: Professional Knowledge (Objective) and Professional Knowledge (Descriptive).
In the IBPS SO interview round, candidates will be assessed out of 100 marks. To qualify, candidates must achieve a minimum score of 40 per cent. However, candidates belonging to SC, ST, OBC, and PwBD categories are required to secure at least 35 per cent. The weightage assigned to the IBPS SO Mains exam is 80 per cent, while the interview round carries 20 per cent weightage.
For the positions of Law Officer and Rajsabja Adhikari, the syllabus encompassed three main areas: English Language, Reasoning, and General Awareness with Special Reference to the Banking Industry.
