The All India Management Association (AIMA) is currently accepting applications for the Management Aptitude Test (MAT) 2024. The registration process is being conducted online via the official website at mat.aima.in. Candidates can apply for the Paper Based Test (PBT) until February 20. Meanwhile, for the Computer Based Test (CBT), interested candidates can register themselves till March 5.
As per the schedule, the MAT PBT 2024 exam is going to take place on February 25. The admit cards will be released on the main site from February 22 (5:00 PM onwards). Furthermore, the MAT CBT 2024 exam will be conducted on March 10 and the admit cards will be issued from March 8 (5:00 PM onwards).
Graduates from any discipline, including final-year graduate candidates, are eligible to register for the Management Aptitude Test.
MAT 2024: Steps To Register
Step 1: Go to the official website of AIMA at mat.aima.in
Step 2: On the homepage, look for and click on the ‘Register’ link.
Step 3: Complete the Step 1 of the registration form and login.
Step 4: Then opt for the test mode. Fill out the application form, upload all the documents, and pay the examination fee.
Step 5: Cross-check the details and submit the duly filled form as directed.
MAT 2024: Application Fee
Candidates can apply for the MAT 2024 exam by paying an application fee of Rs 2,100. They can also choose another test mode for an additional fee of Rs 1,200.
The Management Aptitude Test is a standardised National Level exam that has been administered since 1988 to help Business Schools (B-Schools) screen eligible candidates for admission to Master of Business Administration (MBA) and related programmes.
In 2003, the Government of India’s Ministry of Education approved the MAT as a national-level test. Based on the scorecards issued to candidates, any business school, national or international, can consider the MAT score as an admission input.
