We know that a large number of students want to pursue their higher education abroad in hopes of better prospects for their careers. Based on University Living’s survey Beyond Beds and Boundaries: Indian Student Mobility Report 2023, the number of Indian students studying overseas is predicted to reach two million by 2025, up from about a million in 2019. The main hindrance that students may face while opting to study abroad is finances.
But there are many such scholarships for talented students, with the help of which they can study in top institutions abroad. One such amazing scholarship for Indian students is the Inlex Shivdasani Scholarship provided by the Inlex Shivdasani Foundation.
Indian students can study for a Master’s, MPhil, or PhD at prestigious universities in the United States, the United Kingdom, or Europe with the help of the Inlex Shivdasani Scholarship. This scholarship has been granted to deserving students since 1976. As per the details provided on the foundation’s website, the scholarship application window will commence on February 6. March 22 is the deadline for registering for this scholarship.
Indian students who qualify for the Inlex Shivdasani Scholarship receive $1 lakh or around Rs 82.97 lakh, for their education. Living costs, medical costs and one-way flight travel are all covered by the scholarship.
INLAX Shivdasani has joint scholarship arrangements with Imperial College, London, Royal College of Art (RCA), London, University of Cambridge (Cambridge Trust), Sciences Po, Paris, King’s College London (for PhD students*) and Hertie.
