Digvijay Rathee-Siwet Tomar's Fight Is A 'Stunt' Says Kashish: 'They Live 2 Houses Away...' | Exclusive
Kashish Kapoor said that Digvijay and Siwet's fight during Janta Jury episode was planned.

Digvijay Singh Rathee and Siwet Tomar recently left fans in shock after they broke into a fight at MTV Splitsvilla X5’s ‘Janta Jury’ event. During an ongoing fight, Siwet pushed Digvijay and the latter started hurling abuses at him. However, Kashish Kapoor, who was also at the event, called it a publicity stunt and alleged that Siwet and Digvijay’s feud is only for the public eye.

In an exclusive conversation with News18 Showsha, Kashish said, “I think it was a stunt and a successful one because we’re talking about it. I think it was absolutely unnecessary. Yeah, a lot of it was for the public eye. I feel that if you have to leave from somewhere, you get up and leave. You don’t yell about it and wait for somebody to stop you.”

“I have seen street fights happen. I’m from Purnia in Bihar, I know what these fights are like. I have grown up in that culture. I have seen the ‘Gangs of Wasseypur’ culture. If someone wants to fight or hit a person, you won’t yell about it in front of the media and the production. He lives two houses away from you, go and hit him. The fight was stupid and not required,” she added.

In the same conversation, Kashish mentioned that contestants also stage fights on social media. She said, “The reality that you think you know is not the reality. You see their episodes for only an hour and then their vlogs. So it is a perception put in front of you. Off camera, the reality is different. The people who fight online actually call each other and laugh about it. ‘Zyada toh nahi bol diya? Bura toh nahi laga? Tu jaanta hai na maine kyu bola?'”

Kashish Kapoor has taken social media by storm after she chose to walk away with Rs 10 lakh instead of competing in the finale of MTV Splitsvilla X5. A direct consequence of her choice was that fan-favourite Digvijay Singh Rathee, with whom she was paired, also lost his chance to compete in the final battle. Akriti Negi and Jashwanth Bopanna emerged as the winners of Sunny Leone’s show. Harsh Arora and Rushali Yadav came second, after losing by a five-second time difference.
