Malayalam actress Madonna Sebastian’s social media presence is a testament to her impeccable fashion sense. Madonna marked her debut in the industry with the Malayalam romantic drama film Premam in 2015. She has since garnered praise for her compelling acting in a variety of films across Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam cinema, including Pa Paandi, Shyam Singha Roy, Vaanam Kottatum, King Liar, and Padmini.

During a recent interview with a Tamil channel, Madonna expressed her gratitude for being a part of Leo and stated, “I view it as a blessing to have the chance to portray a character alongside (Thalapathy) Vijay sir. Regardless of the character’s duration, I would have taken on the role”.

Madonna Sebastian further disclosed that her role in Lokesh Kanagaraj’s film Leo was a well-kept secret, known only to her mother. She mentioned, “Only my mother was aware of my role in Leo. I hadn’t even informed my friends or close family. When the news was inadvertently revealed a few days before the release, I requested everyone to maintain the secrecy.”

Lokesh Kanagaraj-directed film Leo, starring Thalapathy Vijay, has become one of this year’s major blockbusters. It has rapidly achieved a remarkable milestone by grossing Rs 400 crore globally within just five days of release, making it the highest-grossing film in the actor’s career.

In addition to the prominent cast, which includes Trisha Krishnan, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Sarja, Gautham Vasudev Menon, George Maryan, and Mysskin in significant roles, Madonna Sebastian stands out with her cameo appearance in Leo. She portrays the character Elisa Das, the twin sister of Thalapathy Vijay’s titular character, Leo Das. The film’s creators successfully kept her role under wraps during production, and it wasn’t until just a few days before the release that her involvement in the film became known.
