Morning Prayers
Good Morning God! You are ushering in another day, untouched and freshly new. So here I am to ask you, God, if you'll renew me too. Forgive the many errors that I made yesterday and let me try again dear God to walk closer in your way. But Lord, I am well aware, I can't make it on my own. So take my hand and hold it tight, for I cannot walk alone.
I adore Thee, O my God, and I love Thee with all my heart. I give Thee thanks that Thou hast created me, made me a Christian, and preserved me this night. I offer Thee the actions of this day; grant that all of them may be according to Thy holy Will, and for Thy greater glory. Save me from sin and from all evil. Let Thy grace be always with me. Amen.
Make us worthy, Lord, to serve our fellow men throughout the world who live and die in poverty and hunger. Give them through our hands this day their daily bread, and by our understanding love, give peace and joy. Make us, Lord, worthy to serve our brothers and sisters who are scattered all over the world, who live and die alone and poor. Give them today, using our hands, their daily bread. And, using our love, give them peace and happiness. Amen.

Dear Lord, I pray that you would give me strength to be strong for you in the world today. Lord, only you know the struggles I will face. Be with me as I go through them. Carry me if I am too weak to move. If I stumble in them, forgive me, Father. When I succeed in them, I will praise you. You are worthy of all praise and honor. Amen.
Lord, grant me the strength to face this day with courage and confidence. Help me to remember that you are with me in all that I do and grant me the resilience to overcome challenges. Amen.
God, who is more than we can ever comprehend, help us to seek you, and you alone. Help us to stand before all that we could do and seek what you would do, and do that. Lift from us our need to achieve all that we can be and instead, surrender to what you can be in us. Give us ways to refrain from the busyness that will put us on edge and off center, give us today your peace.
Prayers for Gratitude
Dear Lord, thank you so much for another day of life on earth. Thank you for another beautiful sunrise to enjoy. Thank you for all these blessings. You are a wonderful God, full of grace and mercy. Amen.
Holy Spirit, open my heart to understand how precious I am to you, how loved I am by you. Open the eyes of my soul, to see the gifts you have put before me this day. Give me the grace to recognize each encounter with you. Teach me to respond in gratitude, to grow in gratitude. Teach me to be generous, as you are generous with me, and to collaborate with you in serving my others for your greater glory.
I am extremely grateful for all of your blessings in my life, Lord. I pray that you remind me of how blessed I am and that you never allow me to forget to show my gratitude in prayer and returned acts of kindness.

For a Spouse Dear Gracious Father, I praise You for my family. Thank you for my spouse. Even in their weaknesses, I love them unconditionally. Please bless them today. Amen.
For a Mother We thank you for all mothers - the women you have called to bring forth new life, and women who provide for the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of those entrusted to their care. In your charity, entrust all mothers to the tenderness of your own Mother, Mary. We ask for your blessing upon them this day and always. Amen.
For a Father O God, who created all things, thank you for creating my father in your own image, and for giving him a unique personality and many talents. The days that you have appointed for him are written in your book before one of them came to be. Thank you for the grace you have given him! Please, Lord, be gracious to me. Help me to honor my dad and repay his kindness to me, so that his heart may be comforted. In the name of Jesus Christ, I pray. Amen.
For a Child Dear Lord, thank you for the gift of my children. Each one is a gift from you. I know that they are your children whom you have entrusted into my care. Please help me to teach them well, set a good example, and watch out for them as best as I humanly can. I ask you to guide them, protect them, watch over them, and walk beside them in their lives. May you keep them safe from harm-both physical and spiritual.
For a Sibling Father, I thank you for the gift of my siblings. Thank you for teaching me through them. Teach us to relate to others, to listen and share, to be patient and show respect, to help one another. Through my siblings, you invite me to grow in closeness, care, and respect. Help me and help us. Amen.
Prayers for Career
Dear God, I thank you for my job. Please watch over me today at work. Let there be no accidents, and that everyone is merry and bright. I pray for safe travels to and from work and I pray that you will use me as you see fit today for your glory. Amen.
God, our Father, I turn to you seeking your divine help and guidance as I look for suitable employment. I need your wisdom to guide my footsteps along the right path, and to lead me to find the proper things to say and do in this quest. I wish to use the gifts and talents you have given me, but I need the opportunity to do so with gainful employment. Do not abandon me, dear Father, in this search, but rather grant me this favor I seek so that I may return to you with praise and thanksgiving for your gracious assistance. Grant this through Christ, our Lord. Amen.
Loving God, you created the human race and know each one of us by name. Through Christ you have chosen us to be your sons and daughters, and to build up your Kingdom on earth. Give us work so that we may share our talents with others and know the dignity and satisfaction that you give us through our work. Give us patience while you open doors and wisdom to see your will. Keep our families in your care, and provide for all our needs. Never let stress diminish our love for each other nor the desire for material things lessen our love for you. With confidence and trust we make this prayer thru Jesus. Amen.
Prayers for Peace
Dear Father, help me stay focused on you today. I pray you will remind me to be content in any circumstance. I pray that joy will fill me up, even if things get stressful. I know that through my contentment, you will be glorified. I want to honor you, Father, in all that I do. In your holy name, amen.
Lord, please put your peace in my heart. I'm worried and anxious, and I can't help thinking about my problems. Calm me, Lord. Slow me down, put your peace in my heart.
Lord Jesus, we ask you to give us all around peace in our mind, body, soul, and spirit. We want you to heal and remove everything that is causing stress, grief, and sorrow in our lives. Please guide our path through life and make our enemies be at peace with us. Let your peace reign in our family, at our place of work, businesses and everything we lay our hands on.
