Find & Use Your Amazon Digital Credits: The Complete Guide
Find & Use Your Amazon Digital Credits: The Complete Guide
If you're an Amazon Prime member, selecting No-Rush Shipping at checkout rewards you with free digital credits you spend on Kindle eBooks, streaming movies and shows, Amazon Appstore apps, and other digital content. Once your item ships, you can check your digital credit balance on Amazon.com and Amazon Prime Video. Read on to learn exactly how to find your digital credits on Amazon, how they work, and how to use them to shop for digital items.
Quick Steps

Where to Find Your Digital Credits

You'll find your digital reward balance on Amazon's website. Just go to https://www.amazon.com/norushcredits in any web browser on your computer, phone, or tablet and log in to your Amazon account. Once you're signed in, you'll see the total amount of credits you can apply to digital purchases like ebooks, music downloads, and streaming movies on Amazon Prime Video. If you just placed your order, you won't see your credits yet. Digital credits aren't applied until your item ships. Once your credits are ready, you'll get an email that includes the amount and expiration date. If you don't spend your digital credits before expiration, you'll lose them, so keep an eye out for that email!

You can also check your digital credits on Amazon Prime Video. If you're browsing Prime Video on your computer, phone, or tablet, select a movie or show, then go to More purchase options > Redeem a gift or promotion code. If you have digital credits available, you'll see the amount here.

How to Use Amazon Digital Credits

Check your digital reward balance. Before you start shopping on Amazon, visit https://www.amazon.com/norushcredits in any web browser to see how much digital reward credit you've received for No-Rush purchases.

Shop for an eligible item. You can spend your Amazon digital credits on most digital content available through Amazon, including Amazon Prime Video instant video downloads (including rentals), Kindle ebooks, Amazon Appstore apps for your Fire tablet, and digital music downloads. Whether shopping in the Amazon mobile app, at Amazon.com, through Amazon Prime Video, or using the Amazon Appstore, your available credits will automatically be factored into the price of eligible items you browse. For example, if you have $2 of digital credit and the ebook or movie you're checking out costs $3.99 normally, the price you'll see is $0.99.

Complete your purchase. If your digital credits aren't enough to pay for the selected item, you'll be asked to choose another payment method to cover the difference. Once your purchase is complete, the credits will be deducted from your balance, and you can enjoy your free or discounted digital item.

How to Get Digital Credits on Amazon

Select "No-Rush Shipping" at checkout. If you see this option for an item in your cart, selecting it will give you credits you can apply to digital purchases. You will not be able to use these credits right away, though—they won't be applied to your balance until the item ships. Some No-Rush Shipping rewards are instant discounts instead of digital credits. You'll see the type of reward you'll get below the No-Rush Shipping option. Only Amazon Prime members are eligible for digital credits. If you don't have a Prime subscription, you may still qualify for an instant discount if you select No-Rush Shipping.
