Windows
Right-click the Start Windows Start menu. It’s usually at the bottom-left corner of the screen. A menu will appear.
Click Settings. It’s toward the bottom of the menu.
Click Devices. It’s in the top row of settings.
Click Printers & scanners. It’s near the top of the left panel. A list of printers will appear on the right panel.
Click the printer to which you sent the document. A few buttons will appear below the printer’s name.
Click Open queue. It’s the first button under the printer’s name. A list of all print jobs that haven’t yet been printed will appear.
Right-click your print job. A context menu will appear. If your print job doesn’t show up here, this usually means the document has already printed.
Click Cancel. This removes the print job from the queue.
macOS
Click the Mac Apple menu. It’s at the top-left corner of the screen.
Click the System Preferences.
Click Printers. This may be called Printers & Scanners on some computers.
Click Open Print Queue. It’s next to the printer icon at the center of the window. A list of pending/queued print jobs will appear.
Click the print job you want to cancel. This selects the job. If your print job doesn’t show up here, this usually means the document has already printed.
Click the Jobs menu. It’s in the menu bar at the top of the screen.
Click Delete job. It’s the first option. This removes the print job from the print queue.
