For being honest and aware citizens, the Hyderabad police has decided to give a reward and appreciation letter to the boys.
Hyderabad: In a strange incident in Hyderabad, the cash door of a State Bank of Hyderabad ATM was found open due to technical problem. The incident was reported by three boys staying in nearby hostel on Friday night.
The boys had gone to withdraw money from the ATM in SR Nagar in Hyderabad when they noticed opened ATM. The boys immediately informed the police.
The police recovered Rs 25 lakh cash from the open ATM. They have now closed the ATM and informed teh bank officials. Investigation is on to find the person responsible for the mistake.
Meanwhile, for being honest and aware citizens, the Hyderabad police has decided to give a reward and appreciation letter to the boys who informed them.
