Multiple award winning film about Ruhi Singh, an aspiring Miss India, and Prachi Trivedi a militant leader at the VHP run Durga Vahini camp in Aurangabad. Two worlds that could not be further apart and two women whose dreams could not be closer. Watch, as they shape an India at a key transitional moment.

The film set, in post war Sri Lanka, brings us close to two characters who collide quite accidentally, and through them we experience the deep and seemingly unbridgeable chasm that conflict almost always creates. Will love help them cross the bridge? Or will the past continue to color the present? A man and a woman from the two ends of the thirty-year-old bloody civil war in Sri Lanka discover that the color of love is blue, and life, shades of grey.

Naya Pata’ is an attempt to present a different perspective of migration, that how a person is feeling helpless to express the emotions of his two different worlds. He has lost the sense of belongingness, identity, happiness and peace.
