Bhanwari case: CBI likely to quiz Maderna again
Mahipal Maderna spent the past week in hospital after he complained of chest pain on the November 11.

Jaipur: The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) is likely to resume the questioning of former state minister and suspended Congress member Mahipal Maderna on Saturday in the case of the missing nurse Bhanwari Devi.

Maderna was discharged from a Jodhpur hospital on Friday night.

Maderna spent the past week in hospital after he complained of chest pain on the November 11. This just hours before the CBI began the third round of questioning.

The CBI has already questioned Maderna twice before.

The suspended Congress leader is accused of playing a role in dalit nurse Bhanwari Devi's disappearance.

Bhanwari Devi went missing on September 1.

The judicial custody of key suspect Shahabuddin will end on Saturday.
