HYDERABAD: Investigating into the alleged illegal assets of TDP chief N Chandrababu Naidu, his family members and others, the CBI on Wednesday reportedly issued notices to a pharma major seeking details of the tax benefits it had availed during the reign of Chandrababu Naidu as the chief minister of the state.The notices were issued to Dr Reddy’s Laboratories by the CBI.The CBI is investigation the case following a petition by YS Vijayamma, wife of late YS Rajasekhara Reddy, in the High Court.Vijayamma, in her petition, alleged that the pharma company enjoyed tax benefits to the tune of `25 crore for purchasing a piece of land belonging to Naidu family at an exorbitant rate.A representative of the company is likely to appear before the investigation agency on Thursday.
