At a time when the government is trying to strengthen the norms to minimise cases of child pornography, several such videos have been recovered from senior IAS officer Kapil Mohan's possession in Karnataka.
The pornography was found on a hard disk that was seized along with unaccounted wealth from a flat.
The flat is owned by a company jointly owned by Kapil Mohan's father and his son.
Reports say the disk contained several pornographic movies involving children under the age of seven. Kapil, is at present the principal secretary in the youth empowerment and sports ministry of the Karnataka government.
Investigations have revealed that firms linked to Kapil Mohan received huge loans from companies allotted contracts by the state-run firms.
