Dikshit has been facing problems from the Delhi Pradesh Congress over issues like power and water.
New Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit today met Congress President Sonia Gandhi here amid continued pressure from the ruling Pradesh Congress unit over various issues.
"The Chief Minister had a long meeting with Gandhi and political issues were discussed," a source in Delhi government said without elaborating.
Dikshit has been facing intense problems from the Delhi Pradesh Congress, particularly its President Ram Babu Sharma over various issues like power and water.
Sharma had said only three days ago that he would maintain pressure on the Dikshit government and would not hesitate to confront it on various issues.
