For spreading rumour, man forced to eat dog food
Eighteen-year-old Georgia Bucknell has pleaded guilty to the charges.

Melbourne: In a bizzare incident, a young woman tied a man with a chair, forcibly fed him with dog food and splashed him with kerosene after believing he was spreading rumours about her, is set to be sentenced by an Australian court.

18-year-old Georgia Bucknell who pleaded guilty to the charges was accused of holding a knife close to the victim and forced him to get on the ground and splashed him with kerosene.

She tied him to a chair and spoon-fed him dog food, saying "This is what dogs eat, f---in' eat it'', according to AAP report.

A lit object was placed near the victim and Bucknell hit him on the back of the head with a broom handle during the attack.

Bucknell, who was accompanied by some friends, turned up to the man's house in Murrumbeena about 2am on November 19 last year.

According to Judge Frank Gucciardo described the incident as "outrageous" and like something out of the Quentin Tarantino film Reservoir Dogs.

The court heard Bucknell acted because she believed the victim, who had been a friend, was spreading rumours that she "hits her missus".

She knew when she splashed him with the kerosene that he had suffered burns as a child.

The gang stole items including the man's X-Box and bank card, which was used to withdraw more than $ 300.

Bucknell pleaded guilty to charges including unlawful imprisonment, burglary and theft. The court heard Bucknell, who was adopted at a young age, had a troubled childhood at home and at school.

She was diagnosed with attention deficit disorder and spent some of her teenage years on the streets.
