HYDERABAD: The High Court on Sunday declined to hear a CBI petition seeking permission to move a ‘house motion’ in the court against the bail granted by the special CBI court two days ago to V Vijay Sai Reddy, accused in the YS Jaganmohan Reddy’s illegal assets case.Chief justice Madan B Lokur, who heard the petition, asked the investigation agency to file a petition in the routine course but not specially. The CBI will either file a petition in a routine matter or move a ‘lunch motion’ on Monday.When the special CBI court granted bail to accused Vijay Sai Reddy on Friday, the CBI immediately moved a petition urging judge B Nagamaruti Sarma to keep the orders in abeyance till Monday but the plea was rejected by the Andhra Pradesh High Court.
