BANGALORE: The Karnataka High Court on Monday adjourned a petition filed by former chief minister B S Yeddyurappa’s sons, B Y Raghavendra, B Y Vijayendra, and his son-in-law R N Sohankumar, seeking relief from conditions imposed by the Lokayukta Special Court while granting them bail on October 15.When the counsel for the petitioners, Ashok Haranahalli, submitted that he needed more time to begin his arguments, Justice B V Pinto posted the matter to December 8. While giving bail to the three, who are co-accused in denotification cases, the Lokayukta Special Court imposed the condition on them in the second case that they should produce within seven days the documents of transactions of Davalagiri Property Developers and Bhagat Homes Pvt Limited from the day their operations started till the date of complaint.The documents to be submitted should include details of their personal bank accounts, financial transactions during the last three years, the companies’ balance-sheets, financial transactions and bank accounts.
