The steamy 19-second clip shows a woman with dark hair, who bears a striking resemblance to the singer, performing oral sex on a man rumoured to be her estranged husband Kevin Federline.
The footage, posted by a user identified as "Stripper", appeared on adult video-sharing website PornoTube on Thursday.
Meanwhile, it is being speculated that the clip, reportedly made before Federline and Britney married in 2004, was posted by Kevin as a way to get back at Britney for filing for divorce on Tuesday.
