THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The 48th state meet of the Kerala Hotel and Restaurant Association (KHRA) will be held in Ernakulam on April 22. The KHRA intends to raise various demands including the one for giving cooking gas, electricity and water at the same rate as to the domestic consumers. The other major demand is to rectify the defects in the Food Security Standards law. In connection with this, a vehicle propaganda rally will be taken out from Parassala on April 9 and will conclude at Ernakulam on April 19. The day will be observed as the Flag Day and flags will be hoisted at all the hotels, which are members of the Kerala Hotel and Restaurant Association.The state meet will begin at 3 p.m at Rajendra Maidan.
