Lokayukta summons to BSY

BANGALORE: The Special Lokayukta Court on Thursday issued summons to former chief minister B S Yeddyurappa, his family members and others to appear before the court on March 16 over a case relating to illegal denotification of land filed by advocate Sirajin Basha.With the issuance of summons by Lokayukta judge, trial will begin on March 3.The case pertains to illegal denotifcation of government land in Hebbal, Srirampura and site allotment in RMV-II Stage. Dhavalagiri Properties is also named as one of the accused in the case.
