In the wee hours on Wednesday, when some passersby found the injured girl they admitted her to JK Lone hospital. When the child's mother woke up in the morning and did not find her daughter in the house, she approached police.
During questioning, the child's father confessed to his crime. The father has been arrested and the girl is undergoing treatment in the hospital.
