2 youths beaten up by local residents in Meerut after being thwarted from stealing bicycles
Meerut: 2 youths were beaten up by local residents in Meerut after they were thwarted from stealing bicycles. Reports say that one of the youth fired at the crowd which confronted them. They were beaten up by the crowds after the firing.
The police arrived at spot during the incident but allegedly did not take an action.
The youth were reportedly beaten for 2 hours in front of the cops.
