One arrested for selling pirated DVDs

HYDERABAD: The Task Force sleuths on Friday arrested a person from Madanapet locality for possessing pirated DVDs of Telugu films and seized 361 DVDs from him.  According to the Task Force Police, they raided the accused, Deepak Yadav’s house at Waheed Colony under Madanapet police limits and arrested him.“During interrogation, Deepak confessed that he had been procuring the pirated DVDs of newly-released Telugu movies form one Nagesh of Balanagar for the past one year and selling them to different Video libraries and retailers at higher prices,’’ said police.
