Passport Act case against Hasan Ali

HYDERABAD: Central Crime Station (CCS) sleuths have registered a case against the Punebased stud farm owner Hasan Ali Khan, who was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate for money laundering and tax evasion and allegedly obtaining a fake passport from the Regional Passport Office (RPO) in Hyderabad.
The case has been registered against Ali after ED officials had informed the Hyderabad city police's CCS wing, which has already been probing into the alleged theft of Nizam's artefacts by Hasan Ali.CCS officials said that the first passport obtained by Hasan Ali was impounded in 1996 after he was arrested in a cheating case.
