Shortly after CNN-News18 aired a report on how a police officer in PoK confirmed India's Surgical Strikes across the Line of Control, leaders cutting across political lines said it nailed Pakistan's denial.
Congress MP Shashi Tharoor hailed the network's efforts and said the report confirms what we have always known.
"So it's good to know that you now have it from the horse's mouth. Sad truth is nobody has had any doubt that the Pak government, military and the ISI have all been very complicit in fomenting, encouraging, sheltering, financing terror into India. The question is, now they've heard it from a Pakistani - will it change anything, I have my doubts," Tharoor added.
JDU's Ajay Alok congratulated CNN-News18 for the expose.
Reacting to the report a BJP spokesperson said, "CNN News18 has shown conclusive evidence of the surgical strikes."
