New Delhi: Khurshid Mahmood Kasuri, the former foreign minister of Pakistan, has expressed disappointment with the comments made by Pakistan Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi during India's External Affair Minister S M Krishna's visit.

Speaking to CNN-IBN, Kasuri said the remarks passed by Qureshi were "unfortunate".

He added that both India and Pakistan had no option but to carry forward the talks on terrorism and other related issues. He also stated that it was the Indian foreign minister's stand not to talk on issues relating to Kashmir and Balochistan.

On the issue of prosecuting the alleged perpetrators of the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks, Kasuri said that no government in Pakistan can override the judiciary.

On Friday, Pakistan Foreign Minister, speaking to Pakistani journalists while Krishna was still in Islamabad, put aside diplomatic niceties by saying that the Indian delegation was not "fully prepared" for the talks and that his Indian counterpart had repeatedly sought directions from Delhi as the deliberations were on.
