HOW TO PLAY SHILLONG LOTTERY?

1. In the two-minute Teer game, skilled archers shoot 20 arrows in the second round and 30 arrows in the first.

2. The player must enter a number between 0 and 99 to indicate how many arrows they believe will hit the target.

4. Authorised dealers sell lottery tickets for any number between Rs. 1 and Rs. 50.
