Motifs are part and parcel of Greek architecture, and at Greenn Athens we’ve got motifs as a primary design pattern across all villas. The terraces, painted blue, blend seamlessly with the skyline,” he says. That explains the name, he explains.But we still need to be convinced about the privacy claim. We’ve heard it before from other ventures. None has lived up to the claim, as yet.Privacy guaranteed “Greenn Athens is a high- end, private living gated community. Some of the exclusive features include split-level pathways for pedestrians and vehicles, bridge walks between villas and staggered windows, so privacy is not compromised. In the space between two villas, due to space constraints, we couldn’t plan a horizontal garden patch. But our residents can enjoy a vertical garden - that will have plants growing out of tiny planter boxes along the extended wall. So, when you open the windows, you are not staring at blank walls. Instead, bursts of greenery will welcome you,” says Ethiraj.International lifestyle standards“Each villa is a three-tier structure. Entry and exit, particularly for vehicles, is at the parking level, which, in turn, leads to the stairs and lift lobby. From there, one can proceed to the mid-level, where you will find the living, dining rooms and the kitchen.
