Many entrepreneurs show that simply a good idea is enough to start a business. One man from Punjab followed the same and creatively transformed a bullet bike into a sugarcane juice cart. He manages to earn a substantial income by selling juice during the summer months. He personally converted the bullet into a mobile sugarcane juice stall, and mentions that the conversion cost him approximately Rs 1.5 lakh. The man shared details about the same exclusively with Local 18. He explained that over the last three years, he modified a bullet bike by installing a generator, turning it into a sugarcane cart. He annually travels from Punjab to Nalgonda district in Telangana for the summer season to run his business, then returns to his village in Punjab once the season concludes.
He proudly states that he crafted the stall himself, spending 1.5 lakh on the modifications. The stall operates smoothly without any problems. Sugarcane is sourced daily from Hyderabad, and he sells each glass of sugarcane juice for Rs 20, earning up to Rs 1500 rupees daily.
Many customers highlight the health benefits of his sugarcane juice. They share that it not only cools the body but also significantly enhances digestive health. Sugarcane juice proves beneficial for livestock as well, it increases milk production in buffaloes and contributes to their overall health.
Last year, Air Marshal (retd) Anil Chopra tweeted a video where one just has to press a few buttons to get the juice to come out. The person recording the video goes to the sugarcane juice seller and is completely surprised to see the machine. He then asks him how the machine works and explains the whole process to him. In the video, it is seen that the seller puts the sugarcane in the machine through a hole and the juice comes out of a tap after pressing a few buttons. The seller was offering his sugarcane juice for just Rs 20.
The video went viral on Twitter with over 1,43,000 views and the machine looks amazing but people have been criticising it. A Twitter user said that this innovation is very old and claimed that he had seen a similar machine eight years ago in a mall where the sugarcane juice was being sold at a very high price. Another says that this machine is a fake because in the old machine the whole process was done in front of the viewer’s eyes, so that one could see that the juice came out clean and pure. He argued that in this case it is possible that the juice was already put into the machine beforehand and is not fresh.
