ARMY Furious As BTS Star Jungkook’s Military Diary Allegedly Leaked On Instagram

BTS fans, also known as the ARMY, are currently expressing their concerns on social media regarding rumours about the alleged leakage of Jungkook’s military diary on Instagram. There’s widespread distress among fans as some reports suggest that a senior from Jungkook’s military unit may have shared the BTS member’s personal information on their Instagram account. The situation has caused confusion and worry among the ARMY. On January 20, a user shared information about the supposed leak, stating that they received details from a South Korean friend about Jungkook’s military service diary being circulated, a document not meant for public access.

The leaked diary reportedly includes private details such as schedules and locker information, constituting a breach of privacy with potential legal consequences in South Korea. The post reads, “URGENT. Jungkook’s senior serving in the same unit leaked JK’s military service diary on his IG account. This is punishable by law in Korea. Don’t share it because it’s without his consent and it’s only to be seen by the military.”

The post generated quick responses from fans on social media highlighting concerns about Jungkook’s privacy during his enlistment period. Some expressed worry about the potential consequences of such leaks and questioned the safety measures in place for BTS members during their military service.

A tweet from a concerned fan read, “Get them out of there I’m so serious. this is exactly what I was afraid of.”

Expressing discontent over the incident, another fan wrote, “Excuse me? What do you mean Jungkook’s senior posted his military diary on Instagram? What is wrong with you people? It’s truly heartbreaking how he is not even safe in the military. Leave him alone.”

As of now, there is no information regarding whether the senior manipulated the alleged leaked diary with harmful intent. Fans, upon learning about the incident, have also demanded punishment for the senior involved and questioned the overall security and safety of Jungkook during his military service.

“This person better be punished. I feel so bad for him the members’ privacy keeps getting invaded even when they’re serving it’s so sick!!!!!” commented a user.

Another ARMY member said, “This should not happen to ANYBODY. I feel so bad for Jungkook. Can you imagine living in an environment where you cannot trust those you are living with? This is absolutely shameful. No excuses.”

“This why you guys gotta stop spreading military content of them that isn’t from them, I won’t even be surprised if they bring this up in 2025 cause they asked us to trust them only,” added another one.

Many individuals are currently expressing their support for Jungkook and eagerly await further information on the matter, hoping for a swift resolution to ensure the golden maknae’s well-being.

Jungkook, affectionately called the golden maknae of BTS, commenced his mandatory military service on December 12, 2023, along with his bandmate Jimin. He recently completed a five-week basic training program and has now reportedly been assigned to the 5th Infantry Division to fulfill the remaining responsibilities.

The whole BTS group is expected to reunite by the end of next year.
