ARMY Gets Emotional After Reading BTS Star Jungkook’s Handwritten Letter
Jungkook reassured the ARMY that he has been doing well but also admitted facing a few challenges.

Korean boy band BTS marked its 11th debut anniversary on June 13. The BTS ARMY across the globe is busy celebrating and showering love on their favourite band during the annual FESTA event. Meanwhile, despite being busy in their compulsory military services, even the members have left no stone unturned to express their gratitude and excitement to fans.

BTS members have also shared some special handwritten letters addressing their fans. While all of them have thanked the ARMY, expressed feeling emotional and promised to meet them soon, it is Jungkook’s letter in particular that has moved everyone to tears. The BTS maknae (youngest member), Jungkook, wrote a letter that has touched the hearts of millions of his fans.

Jungkook started by apologising for his handwriting, acknowledging that it had deteriorated due to not having written a letter in a long time. He reassured the ARMY that he has been doing well but also admitted facing a few challenges.

“Of course, there are some difficult moments, but I am pulling through as I think of the day I can meet you all again. Some moments are so fun that I forget that I am having a hard time,” he wrote, reports Koreaboo.

Jungkook also went on to ask his fans if they had listened to his song Never Let Go. “As soon as I heard it, I wanted it to be a fan song. I also wanted to show performance, but I didn’t have a lot of time, so I wasn’t able to make that happen. Later, if I have the opportunity, I’d like to show you on stage. I want to do more cool songs. It was so cold, and summer hasn’t officially started yet, but I already want it to be winter again,” Jungkook explained.

The SEVEN singer further said that his time seems to pass very slowly because he misses his fans. He concluded his letter by saying, “I guess it’s because I miss you all so much. If I just enjoy this time, I will be in front of you guys in no time, right? Hwaiting! Anyway, until we meet again, don’t be sick and take care of your health, so we will be even more happy when we meet again. I miss you all so much and I really, really, really love you all. Man, I really can’t write letters, haha. I’ll be off now. Bye,” informs Koreaboo.

Jungkook’s letter struck a chord with ARMYs, leaving many fans emotional and unable to hold back their tears.

Jungkook, along with Jimin, commenced their military service last year on December 12, 2023. They are anticipated to complete their service and return in June 2025.
