When actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan attended first ever World Congress of Dance in India little did she she’d be overwhelmed. The reason? Her reunion with her childhood dance teacher, and accomplished dancer Lata Surendra. The event which saw the performances of Sandip Soparkar, Alesia Raut and Ashley Lobo’s Navdhara India Dance Theatre. As reports suggest Aishwarya was touched by her dance guru's performance which was dedicated to her.
Like a perfect student, the gorgeous Aishwarya sought her teacher's blessings and couldn't contain her excitement on her reunion with her school teacher. Isn't this how we have reacted on meeting our favorite teachers after years?

While addressing the gathering, Aishwarya recalled her association with Lata.
"I danced with her from second grade to seventh grade and ever since then, dancing became my way of life. I knew what I was experiencing with her, from her would remain a part of me always. I am very emotional right now. There's no bigger joy than to see your guru perform and if she does for you, then it becomes a different honour," she said.
