People who have been frequenting gyms for quite sometime know circuit training (body conditioning that involves endurance training, resistance training, high-intensity aerobics, and exercises) is very helpful in toning muscles and helping in getting on with our daily activities.

Designer and model Gabriella Demetriades swears by circuit training. She recently shared a glimpse of her workout.

“I really do love the beginning of a new week and a great workout,” she wrote in a post on Instagram.

“20 minutes, five rounds. Spilt squats/sumo dead lifts/side lunges/wall ball shots/pelvic thrusts,” she wrote.

Not the first time for this 34-year-old mom. The fitness enthusiast has previously shared an inspiring fitness post too.

“I truly love circuit training and HIIT. Find a movement you love, whatever it is and just make it a part of your life,” she had written.

In the video, she can be seen doing five rounds of 10-15 reps of squat push, weighted rows, single leg lift, push up, kettle bell swings, followed by 10 burpees.

Now that would really charge you up for your workout on the weekend.
