In the movie, this couple finds an idol of Ganesha in the field on the day of the Ganesha festival. In a few days after bringing that idol home and worshipping it, he will get lucky. He becomes rich. But his son Ganesha (Ashok) has no faith in God. Once he gets into trouble and at last he realizes the glory of Ganesha and surrenders to him.
