Ganesha Mahime:

This movie was released in 1981 and was directed by Mani Murugan. In the film, actor Sundar Krishna Urs played the role of poor Ramappa. Actress Srilalitha appeared in the role of Gauri. In the movie, this couple finds an idol of Ganesha in the field on the day of the Ganesha festival. In a few days after bringing that idol home and worshipping it, he will get lucky. He becomes rich. But his son Ganesha (Ashok) has no faith in God. Once he gets into trouble and at last he realizes the glory of Ganesha and surrenders to him. This movie is on YouTube and can be seen at the Ganesh festival. The film was produced by Lakshmi Venkatesh, while the music was composed by M.S. Vishwanathan.

Udbhava:

Director Kodulu Ramakrishna’s Udbhava was released in 1990 and revolved around Ganesh, who is a street-smart guy and knows how to trick people and get his way. The film featured Anant Nag, T.N. Balakrishna, K.S. Ashwath, Vaijanath Biradar and Dinesh in the lead roles.

Mathe Udbhava:

The movie is a sequel to Udbhava, starring Ananth Nag. The story tries to showcase the problems of the blind belief towards God. The film is directed by Kodulu Ramakrishna and features Sudha Belawadi, Milana Nagaraj, Pramod Panju and Rangayana Raghu in the lead roles.
