Telugu superstar Allu Arjun was among the first ones to step out and cast his vote in Hyderabad as a part of the Lok Sabha Elections 2024. On Monday, the Pushpa 2 star was seen standing outside a polling booth, waiting for his turn to cast his vote. The actor tried to avoid unnecessary attention. He was seen wearing a white tee with a pair of black pants. He greeted fellow voters standing in line.
After he cast his vote, Allu Arjun spoke to the press and urged fans to cast their vote. “It’s a very responsible day for us as all of us, for the citizens of this country. I know its quite hot but let’s put that little effort because today is the most crucial day for next five years of our lives. Please cast your vote and vote responsibly,” he said.
“There will be a huge voter turnout, as more and more people are coming out to vote…I would like to tell, I am not politically aligned with any party. I am neutral to all parties,” he added.

Allu Arjun was spotted making his way to the polling booth just hours after he extended his support to Silpa Ravi Reddy. He shared a picture from his visit to Nandyal and wrote, “Grateful to the people of Nandyal for the warm reception. Thank you, @SilpaRaviReddy garu, for the hospitality. Wishing you the very best in the elections and beyond. You have my unwavering love and support.”
Meanwhile, on Sunday, a case has been filed against Allu Arjun for violating the Model Code of Conduct during his participation in campaigning for the YSRCP. The actor may face legal action for breaching MCC during the ongoing Lok Sabha elections.
Times Now reported Allu Arjun and YSRCP MLA Ravi Chandra Kishore Reddy have been accused of the violation. It is reported that they allowed to gather a large crowd outside the MLA house despite the implementation of MCC. MLA has allegedly invited the Pushpa actor without taking permission of RO Nandyala for a crowd gathering.
On May 11, video went viral of Allu Arjun waving at the crowd. Allu Arjun was campaigning for YSR Congress candidate Ravi Chandra Kishore Reddy when he was surrounded by a sea of fans who wanted to get a glimpse of their favourite actor. Allu Arjun folded his hands, smiled and waved at his fans. He was also joined by his wife Sneha Reddy.
On the work front, Allu Arjun will be seen in Pushpa 2 aka Pushpa: The Rise this year.
