Megastar Amitabh Bachchan and Shweta Bachchan Nanda first made their TV debut together in 2010 when they appeared on filmmaker Karan Johar's popular talk show Koffee With Karan. And, while Big B continued to entertain us with his unconventional roles and his game show Kaun Banega Crorepati, Shweta maintained distance from spotlight. Now, almost after a gap of eight years, Shweta is making a comeback on small screen. Yes, you read that right. The two are coming together for a commercial.
The father-daughter duo will enact the special bond they share on TVC and we can't wait to see it. The ad film is directed by GB Vijay from Sculptors Production for Kalyan Jewellers. Shweta, who recently announced her upcoming book Paradise Towers, a heart-warming slice-of-life novel set in an apartment building in Mumbai, is also known within close circles as a designer.

The TVC, which is also being shot in Malayalam will have Manju Warrier playing the role of Big B’s daughter. The advertisement is expected to go on air in July.
