Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal are now officially married. After dating each other for seven years, the couple registered their marriage in the presence of family and close friends. Later, they hosted a grand wedding reception and invited some of the big names in the Bollywood industry. The first pictures and videos from the wedding festivities went viral in no time. “To love, hope and all things beautiful with each other, from now until forever,” wrote the newlyweds as they embarked on their new journey.

Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal made the official announcement on Instagram in a joint post and shared some precious moments from the wedding. In one of the pictures, the groom was seen happily kissing Sonakshi’s hand, as they promised each other forever.

In one of the pictures, the newlyweds posed together. While Sonakshi gazed directly into the camera, the groom could not take his eyes off the bride.

In another picture, the bride and groom were all smiles as they sealed their love. Sonakshi’s father, Shatrugan Sinha, stood beside her, beaming with happiness.

Huma Qureshi was among the many stars who attended the wedding. She shared an exclusive selfie with the bride, groom and other friends.

Sonakshi Sinha made for one stunning bride in a white vintage Chikankari saree. If reports are to be believed, the bride upcycled her mother Poonam Sinha’s saree and matched jewellery from her precious collection. While all eyes were on Sonakshi, Zaheer complemented his wife in a mirror-work white kurta with a low neckline.

Several candid pictures of Zaheer Iqbal and Sonakshi Sinha were shared by their friends and family members. Some were taken right before the ceremony, while others were captured moments after the lovebirds officially got married. Regardless, the newlyweds looked deeply in love.

The big, fat wedding festivities began with a fam-jam session, followed by a mehendi ceremony on Friday. A glimpse of their pre-wedding festivities is doing rounds on the internet.
