Jennifer Lopez And Ben Affleck Reunite for His Daughter Violet's Graduation Party, Photos Go Viral

Jennifer Lopez joined actor-husband Ben Affleck for his elder daughter’s graduation party amid wild rumours surrounding their marriage. Affleck, 51, and Lopez, 54, were spotted together in Los Angeles on Thursday, May 30, heading to Violet’s high school graduation. Affleck shares Violet, 18, with ex-wife Jennifer Garner, along with Seraphina, 15, and Samuel, 12.

In the photos, which are going viral on social media, Ben Affleck was seen carrying a basket with pink wrapping paper inside as Jennifer Lopez walked beside him. Affleck’s mother Chris Anne Boldt walked behind the couple on the street.

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck’s divorce rumours have been making headlines for a few weeks now. While the couple has not issued any official statement as of now, JLo was recently asked about the split rumours while she was promoting her new Netflix movie Atlas. However, the actress shut down the reporter.

In the viral clip from a promotional event in Mexico, a reporter asked Jennifer Lopez, “Are the rumours real?” However, J-Lo chose to remain silent and shut down the reporter by saying, “You know better than that.” Watch the video here:

Affleck and Lopez have been living separately in Los Angeles while experiencing a strain in the marriage, sources have told PEOPLE. While J-Lo has been busy preparing for her concert tour and promoting Atlas, Affleck has been filming for The Accountant 2.

A report in Us Weekly stated that the tension between the couple started a few months back when they started to argue over “finances”. Reportedly, J-Lo was very much focused on her work, which left Affleck a little disappointed. “Jennifer had started ramping up her work commitments and prepping for her tour. She’s very focused on work and overextends herself,” a source cited by the entertainment portal claimed.

The insider further revealed that Affleck apparently “doesn’t agree with Jennifer’s lifestyle” and is feeling “worn down” by the marriage. It also claimed that “both have demanding careers that often require them to be in different cities.” This is said to be one of the primary reasons which caused tension between the two.
