Parineeti Chopra Reveals She Has Never Been on a Real Date

Actress Parineeti Chopra, whose film The Girl on the Train released on the OTT plarform Netflix, took part in a friendly question and answer session to promote the film. In a video shared by Netflix India, Parineeti gave a glimpse of her personal life to fans.

In the video, the actress was asked who was the last person she messaged, to which Parineeti replied that she texted her manager Neha. She also revealed that her first crush was actor Saif Ali Khan.

Parineeti was also asked about her best date. The actress said, “I have never been on a date. Like, I am not into cliched dates. It’s like, ‘Come home, we will chill, watch TV and order food.’ Very casual.” Divulging another personal detail, Parineeti said that her first kiss was at the age of 18.

The actress was asked about her first fan-mail. “I actually got like a scrapbook and it was just letters written to me. It was immediately after my first film (Ladies Vs Ricky Bahl). It was a big, very sweet hamper,” she said.

Parineeti’s latest release, The Girl on the Train is the Hindi remake of Tate Taylor’s film starring Emily Blunt. The film is based on Paula Hawkins best-selling thriller of the same name.

Apart from starring in the film, Parineeti also voiced the song Matlabi Yaariyan. The actress also shared the video on Instagram.

Directed by Ribu Dasgupta, the film also stars Aditi Rao Hydari, Kirti Kulhari, Avinash Tiwary and Tota Roy Chowdhury in pivotal roles. The film is trending on top 10 on the OTT platform.
