Baahubali fame actor Rakesh Varre will be playing the titular role in an upcoming biographical political drama, Jithender Reddy. Filmmaker Virinchi Varma, who has films like Iyyala Jampala and Majnu in his portfolio, has directed the movie. It is produced by Muduganti Ravinder Reddy, the elder brother of Jeethinder Reddy under the banner of Muduganti Creations. The movie is reportedly based on true events from the 80s in Jagtial, Karimnagar District of Telangana. The movie has been creating a buzz in the entertainment industry ever since the first glimpse of the movie was released. The makers have now released the first single lyrical video song of the movie. It is titled A aa E ee U uu. The music of the movie is composed by Gopi Sundar, while it is sung by Rahul Sipligunj. The song has gone viral now.
The song revolves around the students of the college, who signify the importance of history in our lives, while showcasing the images of BR Ambedkar and other revolutionary leaders. Along with this, the song also portrayed the existence of the election gang wars in the college. The lyrics of the song are penned by Rambabu Gosala. Actress Vaishali Raj looks adorable in the song. The chemistry between Rakesh Varre and Vaishali Raj has added a romantic charm to this peppy song. Jithender Reddy’s services during his college days as a student leader and injustices near the area have been shown in the song. The character of Jithender Reddy has been well-portrayed by Rakesh Kharre in the movie.
After the release of the song, producer Muduganti Ravinder Reddy said that the expectations of the film increased when its first look poster was released. The recently-released glimpses from Jithender Reddy have also impressed the audience. Now, the makers hope that this song will become a chartbuster and will be enjoyed by the viewers.
Jithender Reddy is slated to release in theatres on May 3. The cinematography of the movie is done by Gnana Shekar VS and the editing is done by Rama Krishna Arram.
