Sonakshi Sinha and her longtime boyfriend Zaheer Iqbal are all set to tie the knot. Ever since the couple’s relationship has been officially confirmed, old videos and photos of the two have resurfaced on social media and their fans cannot stop gushing over their chemistry. In a now-viral video, Zaheer could be seen trying to scare Sonakshi and the actress’ reaction had her fans laughing.

The video features Sonakshi getting up from her seat and walking towards the cupboard. As she opens it, Zaheer scares her from inside it. Sonakshi playfully kicks him, beats him and locks him up in the same cupboard.

Sonakshi and Zaheer’s wedding garnered headlines after it was reported that their union had caused a rift in the Sinha family. In a recent chat, Shatrughan Sinha confirmed these rumours but also clarified that all stresses have been resolved now.

Speaking to Times Now, Shatrughan Sinha said, “It is the wedding reception that we are all attending on the evening of June 23.” Clarifying the date again, the veteran actor said, “No one from my family said anything about a wedding. Some media outlets have just been presuming things. Too much attention is being given to something that is a private family matter.”

“Shadiyan sab ke ghar hoti hain. Pre-wedding conflicts are also common. We are all okay now. Whatever the stress has been sorted,” he said and added, “Koi wand nahi hai. Yeh sab hota hi hai har shaadi main. Just because she is Shatrughan Sinha’s daughter, it doesn’t mean Sonakshi can’t have what she wants in life. Hum log bohot maza karenge June 23 ko.”

As for Sonakshi and Zaheer’s wedding reception, the soiree is said to be a star-studded affair. The list of invitees includes Salman Khan, Honey Singh, the cast of Heeramandi, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Daisy Shah and Poonam Dhillon among others.
