Triptii Dimri 'Skips' Jaipur Event After Taking Rs 5 Lakhs, Angry Women Say 'Muh Kaala Karo' | Watch

Triptii Dimri has come under fire after allegedly skipping an event after receiving a payment of Rs 5 lakhs. An event was organised in Jaipur by the Women Entrepreneurs of FICCI FLO and Triptii was scheduled to attend the session.

The Animal star was in the city to promote her upcoming film, Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video. As part of her visit, she was also supposed to attend the FICCI FLO event. According to a Mid-Day report, she was paid Rs 5.5 lakhs to make an appearance. However, Triptii did not turn up. This left the organisers and those attending the event angry.

Videos from the city have emerged online which show angry women defacing Triptii’s poster and threatening to boycott Triptii’s upcoming film. “Mooh kaala karo iska,” a woman was heard saying while defacing her poster.

In one of the videos, a woman said, “Koi iske movies nahi dekhenge. Commitment karke yeh log aate nahi hai, time management karna aana chaiye. Konsi badi celebrity bani hai? Koi janta bhi nahi hai iska naam. Hum toh aaye the dekhne ki kon hai yeh. Abhi tak koi janta nahi hai and this is her life. She is not at all worth calling a celebrity. (“No one will watch her movies. They make commitments but don’t show up; they need to learn time management. What big celebrity is she? No one even knows her name. We came to see who she is. Until now, nobody knows her, and this is her life. She is not at all worth being called a celebrity).”

One of the women, who appeared to be a part of the organising committee said, “Jaipur should boycott Triptii Dimri. Hum usspe case karenge. I had transfer half the money and was about to transfer the other half, but I stopped because they were telling me to wait for 5 minutes. I don’t know why, but I gave them half and they still have the other half. The total deal was Rs 5.5 lakh rupees. Jaipur should boycott her movies because they have insulted us today. After taking money, changing times. She is running away and she disrespected us, so lets run away from her movies.”

Meanwhile, she returned from Jaipur on Tuesday evening and walked the ramp with Kartik Aaryan for Manish Malhotra. She slipped into a wedding outfit and walked the ramp. The actress is currently promoting two of her upcoming releases, Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3.
