Popular romantic Tamil drama Raja Rani 2 fame Alya Manasa has now become a household name. Actor Sanjeev Karthick and Alya, who acted in the same serial, fell in love and later got married. Recently, the couple bought their dream home and they shared a glimpse of it on social media. The house is partially completed and the photos and videos related to it have gone viral among the fans of the couple. Sanjeev and Alya said that they do not know exactly how much it cost to build the house and they paid their full salary for the construction of the house. With large AC units in every room, a playroom upstairs, an auditorium, an elevator and a huge kitchen, their dream house in the making looks amazing.

Syed, better known by his stage name Sanjeev Karthick, is an Indian actor who appears in Tamil-language films and television series. He made his feature film debut in the 2009 film Kulir 100 degrees. Before acting in films, he was enrolled at Sri Ramakrishna Engineering College in Coimbatore, India, after graduating from Jaycee Higher Secondary School. He made his acting debut in the 2009 film Kulir 100 degrees opposite Riya Bamniyal, although the film was a commercial and critical failure. In it, Sanjeev played Surya – the son of a rowdy man – who is sent to a private boarding school. Since Kulir 100 degrees, Sanjeev has acted in a number of low-budget films, including Neeyum Naanum (2010) and Sagakkal (2011).
