Ganesh Chaturthi 2023: Arpita Khan Brings Ganpati Home With Alvira Agnihotri And Mother Salma; Watch

The nation has geared up for the celebration of Ganesh Chaturthi. Today is the first day and people are bringing Bappa home for prosperity and well-being. Many celebrities including Kartik Aaryan was seen visiting Lalbaugcha Raja on the first of the 10-day festival. Salman Khan’s sister Arpita Khan also brought Bappa home. She was seen accompanied by her sister Alvira Agnihotri and mother Salma. This is their every year tradition which they follow. The video has gone viral.

In the video, shared by Viral Bhayani, we can see Arpita wearing a pastel pink colour printed Anarkali suit, while Alvira and Salma also opted for printed salwar suits. They are seen picking Ganesh’s idol and going inside the pandal. Fans are chanting Gapati Moriya in the comment section. Earlier in the day, Ajay Devgn also shared a video on his Instagram handle where he is seeking blessings from Lord Ganesh.  The caption read, “Dukh Harta, Sukh Karta, Buddhi Vidhata. Not only this day, may every day begins with Bappa’s blessings. Happy Ganesh Chaturthi to all (folded hand emoji). Ganpati Bappa Moreya!!"

Akshay Kumar took to Twitter and wrote, “As we welcome Lord Ganesha in our homes and hearts today, may He remove all obstacles and fill our lives with joy and prosperity. Ganpati Bappa Morya! Wish you all a very Happy Ganesh Chaturthi (folded hand emoji)". Shilpa Shetty also shared a picture of herself next to a Ganesh idol with folded hands.

Meanwhile, Salman Khan will next be seen in the third instalment in the Tiger franchise, Tiger 3. Katrina Kaif will also reprise her role as Zoya in the spy-thriller film. Well, if a report by Siasat is to be believed, Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Salman Khan are likely to romance in an upcoming movie which will be produced by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions. Reportedly, Samantha is in talks with the director Vishnuvardhan for this movie. The entertainment portal also claims that apart from Samantha, Trisha and Anushka Shetty are also being considered for the film. However, it should also be noted that there is no official confirmation regarding this from the makers as of now.
