Shahid Kapoor, Hardik Pandya, Krunal Pandya and Ishan Kishan were pleasantly surprised after they bumped into each other at the Ambani family’s Ganpati puja on Tuesday night. A video from outside the puja venue was shared by a paparazzi revealing that Shahid, Hardik, Krunal and Ishan’s accidental run-in left the trio in splits. On late Tuesday night, Shahid was seen making his way to the puja but opted to pose for a few pictures first. The actor, dressed in a blue and white kurta-pyjama, was posing solo.
As he was posing, the Pandya brothers and Ishan walked behind him, unaware that Shahid was posing for photos. As soon as they realised the accidental photobombing, Shahid, Hardik, Krunal and Ishan were left in splits. The hilarious run-in has now gone viral. Watch the video below:
The Ganesh Chaturthi puja hosted by the Ambani family took place at their home, Antilia, in Mumbai. Shahid joined several stars at the puja. These included Salman Khan, Shah Rukh Khan along with his wife Gauri Khan and daughter Suhana Khan, Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt, and Ayan Mukerji among others.
On the work front, Shahid Kapoor has three films lined up in his pipeline. He will next be seen in directors Amit Joshi and Aradhana Sah’s Impossible Love Story, Aditya Nimbalkar’s Bull, and a remake of the 1964 film Woh Kaun Thi?
It is also rumoured that Shahid could reunite with Sanjay Leela Bhansali for a film. A source close to the development informed Pinkvilla, shared that Shahid and Bhansali have been talking since a couple of months for a very special film. “It’s an out and out masala entertainer, and the script has been completely developed by Bhansali’s team of writers. The filmmaker has been actively working towards casting the film over the last few months, and is having detailed conversations with Shahid on the permutation and combinations with regards to film,” the source claimed. If everything falls in place, the film will go on floors on the first half of 2024.
