The Indian car manufacturer Mahindra is all set to introduce an all-new electric SUV lineup under the XUV.e segment in the market. It has been reported that the company has already kickstarted the testing phase, under which one of the e-SUVs from the upcoming lineup named XUV.e8 has been spied recently, revealing most of the details about the interior and exterior.
Mahindra XUV.e8 Interior Photos
As per the leaked images, the upcoming EV showcases a multifunctional two-spoke steering, which looks quite similar from the newly launched Nexon facelift. However, it is not known yet whether the steering wheel will illuminate and feature the company’s logo or not.
Moving ahead, spy photos also revealed the upcoming EV is being equipped with three screen panels on the dashboard, covered with a piece of white cloth. Apart from this, the images also displayed a typical gear knob with a round-shaped rotating driving modes selector on the centre console, which also looks similar to the mid-size SUV Nexon.
Mahindra XUV.e8 Exterior
As far as the exterior is concerned, the SUV might not come as a full surprise package as it will share a lot of style elements with the XUV700. The XUV.e8 will come with a fresh LED headlamp setup with connected LED DRLs, aggressive front fascia, heavy cladding on the sides, new design alloy wheels, and automatic ORVMs with integrated side indicators. The vehicle will also feature flush door handles, similar to the XUV700.
Mahindra XUV.e8 Specs
It has been reported that the XUV.e8 might be powered by an 80kW motor, which will release decent power with a max range of between 440km to 450km. The all-wheel drive e-SUV is expected expected hit the market at the end of 2024. However, the company has yet to share official details about the same.
