New Delhi: Apple is reportedly going to unveil its next iPhone on September 9.
Whether it will be called an iPhone 6s or an iPhone 6c; according to latest reports, it will obviously be in the month of September.
There have been no official invites for its event, but sources told BuzzFeed that Apple intends to hold a special event in the week of September 7, with September 9 being the most likely date of release. As a norm, Apple has been launching its iPhones in September and last year, the company held its fall event on the same date.
There have been numerous speculations about the upcoming flagship device, with most rumours pointing to an iPhone 6s which is expected to include the latest Force Touch technology.
Recent leaks pointed at the device measuring 7.1 mm thick, slightly thicker than the 6.9 mm iPhone 6 and matching the 7.1 mm iPhone 6 Plus.
It is further expected that the tech giant will also take the wraps off its next Apple TV with a new remote and support for Siri voice control.
A long-rumoured 12.9-inch iPad Pro and a mini version- iPad Mini 4 is also expected to be unwrapped on the said date. The smaller tablet is expected to bring in lot of improvements from its predecessor that only had the new Touch ID and include features at par with the larger-screened iPad Air 2.
