BANGALORE: Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa completed answering all 1,339 questions on Wednesday in connection with the disproportionate assets case. She has also filed a detailed written statement with the Special Court along with several documents and has termed the allegations against her as politically motivated and fabricated by the DMK.Appearing before Judge B M Mallikarjunaiah for the fourth time at the Special Court in Parappana Agrahara, she answered 192 questions in a three-and-a-half hour session, thereby concluding her deposition before the court. She had replied to 580 questions on Tuesday. She had, earlier, appeared before the court on October 20 and 21 and replied to 567 questions.Advocate General of the state and also the Special Public Prosecutor in the case B V Acharya later  told reporters that the TN CM had filed a detailed statement with the court. He informed that Jayalalithaa had said that the the court ordered an inquiry under the CrPC on a false complaint by Subramanian Swamy.The TN CM also told the court that the search made in one of her houses was illegal as the search warrant was obtained only to search her 31/3 Poes Garden residence, while terming the searches of all her properties in Hyderabad as illegal.Jayalalithaa has also mentioned in her statement that then Tamil Nadu law minister Madhavan and DMK leader Arcot Veerasamy interfered in the investigation and hence investigation by police was illegal.
